The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last three years. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 40% of the estimated value of the contract in any one year of the last three years, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of 67% of the value of the contract over the last 5 years. The bidder's experience should also include execution of certain quantities of items of works, such as Cement Concrete, Brick work, and Steel work, as indicated in Appendix-1. The bidder should have been a profit-making entity for the last five years and have experience and resources to meet the qualifying criteria for the contracts. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: - Not less than 40% of the estimated value of the contract - Not less than 90% of the contract value - Minimum financial turnover of 67% of the value of the contract over the last 5 years. The bidder should also have maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, and this value will be used to calculate the Assessed Available Bid Capacity.
