The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project * Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project * One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the project, with corresponding amounts of Rs.288.74 L, Rs.360.925 L, and Rs.577.48 L, respectively. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 360.925 L (50% of Estimate Cost put to Tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years. The bidder's solvency should be a minimum of Rs.288.74 L (40% of Estimate cost put to tender), and the Net-worth certificate should be of a minimum of Rs.72.185 L (10% of Estimate cost put to tender). The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than Rs.721.85 L.
