Currently, The Board Of Investments Is In The Process Of Transforming The Human Resource Management Office As A Strategic Partner In The Agency In Order To Ensure That Competency-based Systems Will Embedded In Our Human Resource Management And Development Practices. Learning And Development As One Of The Human Resource Functions Is A Holistic Approach Integrating Identified Developmental Activities Based On Competencies. Ii. Objectives The Seminar Aims To Enhance The Corporate Image By Creating A Consistent And Coherent Brand Identity Specifically On What We Are, What We Do And How We Do In The Agency. This Corporate Image Or Brand Image Is The Face That We Want To Show To Our Stakeholders Or How The Agency Wants To Be Recognized. Scope Of Learning Service Provider's Deliverables • Conduct Of Seminar On Corporate Image Enhancement For 2 Batches • Pre-assessment Tests • Learning Manuals • Post-assessment Tests For All Participants (learning Service Provider Should Provide Individual Assessments For Each Participant) • Post Training Report Ix. Budget And Payment Arrangement The Budget For 2 Batches Is P380,000.00 Inclusive Of Tax. Payment Is On A Send Bill Arrangement.
