Description I. Rationale: The Boi Implements Various Management Systems To Improve Business Practices, Achieve The Agency’s Target Performance And Develop Strategies That Would Cater To Both Local And Foreign Clients. With Various Processes That The Boi Manages, A Standard Auditing Program Should Be Implemented. This Is Also In Line With Executive Order No. 605 Which Mandates Government Agencies To Work For Iso Certification Of Government Processes Towards Citizen-centric Services. The Conduct Of The Audit Workshop Will Provide Valuable Information On How To Improve The Audit Program Systematically. One Aspect Of Such Improvement Is Continuously Ensuring That The Audit Program’s Objectives Are In Line With The Management System’s Policies And Objectives. Internal Auditors Must Then Be Equipped With Proper And Relevant Knowledge On How To Conduct Audits In Preparation For The Scheduled Internal Audit And The Eventual External Surveillance Audit Thereafter. It Is Also Expected That They Would Be Able To Cascade The Information And Provide Guidance To Their Respective Services, Especially Auditees, For Them To Know How To Respond During Audits. Ii. Objectives: At The End Of The Training Program, Participants Should Be Able To: A. Interpret The Requirements Of The Iso 9001:2015 Standard In The Context Of An Audit; B. Understand The Concept And Principles Of Auditing And Its Purpose As A Management Tool; C. Describe The Competencies, Roles, Responsibilities Of Auditors And Other Audit Personalities; D. Apply The Learning To Actual Management; E. Successfully Conduct An Internal Audit; And F. Cascade Information And Provide Guidance To Their Respective Services, Especially Auditees, On How To Respond During Audits. Iii. Scope Of Work: A. Design A Module Based On The Existing Structure, Process, Culture And Organizational Make-up Of The Boi; B. Guide The Internal Auditor Nominees In The Evaluation Of The Implementation Of Iso 9001:2015 In The Boi, Including Identifying Possible Nonconformities (nc) And Opportunities For Improvement (ofi); C. Guide The Internal Auditor Nominees And Teach Them Techniques On How To Conduct Audit Through Case Studies And Exercises; D. Guide Internal Auditor Nominees On How Auditees Should Respond During Audits; E. Guide The Internal Auditor Nominees In Preparing Necessary Documents Such As, But Not Limited To, Nc And Ofi Reports, Internal Audit Report, Etc. Within The Prescribed Timeline; F. Supervise Internal Auditor Nominees In The Conduct Of A Mock Audit On Some Randomly Selected Boi Services (including Regional Offices); G. Administer Examination To Internal Auditor Nominees To Become Certified Iso Internal Auditors; H. Conduct Workshop For Existing Internal Auditors That Are Tailor-fitted To Boi’s Requirements; I. Guide The Internal Auditors In Responding To Potential Nc And Ofi Findings By External Auditors; And J. Provide Learning Materials With Practical Applications. Iv. Learning Service Provider’s Minimum Qualifications And Eligibility • More Than 10 Years’ Extensive Experience As Consultant On Quality And Productivity, Iso, Work Improvement. • Has Experience In Assisting Government Agencies In Acquiring Iso Certification. Previous Experience As Consultant Under The Dti, Iso Alignment Project Is An Advantage. • Knowledge And Affiliation With Other Quality And Productivity Efforts Such As The Philippine Quality Award, Malcolm Baldrige, And Other Similar National Quality Award Programs Is An Advantage. V. Approved Budget: The Approved Budget For The Iso 19011:2018 Quality Audit Seminar Is Eighty Thousand Pesos (php80,000.00) Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes Which Will Cover Payment For Program Design, Diagnostics, Program Execution For Facilitators, Participants’ Manuals, Training Materials, And Evaluation Reports. Schedule Of Payment Payment Of Services Shall Be Made On The Basis Of The Engagement Rendered. Vi. Training Duration The Session Must Be Conducted Within October 2024. Vii. Submission Of Documents.
