H X 1.5 Mtrs. L X 50 Cm X 28 Cm Depth). (see Attached Picture Of Cabinet) 5. Provision For Water Supply. Installation Of Lavatory Sink And Faucet With Complete Accessories. (all Materials Are Bps Standard) 6. Repainting Of Ceiling And Walls. (color To Be Approved By The End-user) 7. Painting Of Hanging Cabinet. (color To Be Approved By The End-user) 8. Polishing Of Existing Floor Tiles. 9. Installation Of 4 Sets 2 Gang Outlets. (all Materials Are Bps Standard) 10. Installation Of Additional Lights (8 Pcs. Pin Light). (all Materials Are Bps Standard) 11. Cleaning Of Affected Area And Hauling Of Waste Materials. 12. Turn-over. V. Terms Of Payments Payment Shall Be Made Upon Full Completion Of The Above Scope Of Work Duly Certified And Accepted By The End User. Payment Shall Be Made Through Landbank’s Lddap-ada/bank Transfer Facility, Within Fifteen (15) Days After Submission Of Billing And User Acceptance Of The Product /service. Bank Transfer Fee Shall Be Charged Against The Creditor’s Account If Any. Vi. Warranty For The Procurement Of Goods, In Order To Assure That Manufacturing Defects Shall Be Corrected By The Supplier, A Warranty Security Shall Be Required From The Winning Bidder A Minimum Period Of Three (3) Months, In The Case Of Expendable Supplies, Or A Minimum Period Of One (1) Year, In The Case Of Non-expendable Supplies, After Acceptance By The Procuring Entity Of The Delivered Supplies. The Obligation For The Warranty Shall Be Covered By Either Retention Money In An Amount Equivalent To At Least One Percent (1%) Of Every Progress Payment, Or A Special Bank Guarantee Equivalent To At Least One Percent (1%) Of The Total Contract Price. The Said Amounts Shall Only Be Released After The Lapse Of The Warranty Period Or, In The Case Of Expendable Supplies, After Consumption Thereof: Provided, However, That The Supplies Delivered Are Free From Patent And Latent Defects And All The Conditions Imposed Under The Contract Have Been Fully Met. Vii.liabilities The Contractor Shall Be Liable To Pay The Damages In Case Of Death Or Injuries Incurred By Officials, Employees And Guest Including Damage Or Loss Of Boi Property Due To Its Fault Or Negligence During The Performance Of Civil Works At The Industry And Investments Building Viii. Contract Duration The Project Must Be Completed Within The Period Of (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Work Shall Be Undertaken By The Contractor After Office Hours, Holidays And Weekends
