Scope Of Work The Contractor Shall Undertake The Following: 1. Mobilization And Demobilization Of Tools And Materials. 2. Dismantling Of Identified Partition. 3. Dismantling Of Existing Door And Door Jamb. 4. Installation Of Partition Walls. 5. Installation Of New Door Jamb And Door With A Measurement Of 210cmh X 90cmw With Doorknob. 6. Fabrication And Installation Of Eight (8) Shelves Wardrobe Cabinet With A Measurement Of 230cmh X 100cmw X 80cmd Including Cabinet Lock And Cabinet Handle. 7. Painting Of Wardrobe Cabinet And Door And Door Jamb. Color And Design To Be Approved By The End-user. 8. Installation Of Two (2) Additional Sets Of Led Lights Fixtures. 9. Restoration Of Affected Vinyl Tiles And Ceiling Board. 10. Cleaning Of Affected Area And Hauling Of Waste Materials. 11. Turn-over. Note: 1. Lumber Should Be S4s Kiln Dried Wood To Prevent Termites From Damaging The Wood. 2.the Bidders Shall Submit The Above Scope Of Work With Indication Of Compliance With Each Item Stated Therein. Otherwise, The Bidder Shall Be Disqualified. 3. Attach Is The Proposed Lay-out. V. Terms Of Payments Payment Shall Be Made Upon Full Completion Of The Above Scope Of Work Duly Certified And Accepted By The End User. Payment Shall Be Made Through Landbank’s Lddap-ada/bank Transfer Facility, Within Fifteen (15) Days After Submission Of Billing And User Acceptance Of The Product /service. Bank Transfer Fee Shall Be Charged Against The Creditor’s Account If Any. Vi. Warranty For The Procurement Of Goods, In Order To Assure That Manufacturing Defects Shall Be Corrected By The Supplier, A Warranty Security Shall Be Required From The Winning Bidder A Minimum Period Of Three (3) Months, In The Case Of Expendable Supplies, Or A Minimum Period Of One (1) Year, In The Case Of Non-expendable Supplies, After Acceptance By The Procuring Entity Of The Delivered Supplies. The Obligation For The Warranty Shall Be Covered By Either Retention Money In An Amount Equivalent To At Least One Percent (1%) Of Every Progress Payment, Or A Special Bank Guarantee Equivalent To At Least One Percent (1%) Of The Total Contract Price. The Said Amounts Shall Only Be Released After The Lapse Of The Warranty Period Or, In The Case Of Expendable Supplies, After Consumption Thereof: Provided, However, That The Supplies Delivered Are Free From Patent And Latent Defects And All The Conditions Imposed Under The Contract Have Been Fully Met. Vii. Liabilities The Contractor Shall Be Criminally And Civilly Liable In Case Of Death Or Injuries Incurred By Officials, Employees And Guest Including Damage Or Loss Of Boi Property Due To Its Fault Or Negligence During The Performance Of Civil Works At The Industry And Investments Building. Viii. Contract Duration The Project Must Be Completed Within The Period Of (30) Working Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Work Shall Be Undertaken By The Contractor After Office Hours And Weekends.
