Lot 2 - It Service Support For Nihr Learn Development, Infrastructure & Hosting The Nihr Learning Management System (referred To As 'nihr Learn') Is A Training Platform That Allows Users To Browse The Available Training And Enrol On The Relevant Courses. Once A User Has Enrolled Onto A Course, The Platform Then Allows Them To Complete Their Training And Receive A Certificate Once Complete. It Is Used Annually By Thousands Of Users With A Plan To Continue Developing It Further. It Is A Moodle Platform (currently Software Version 4.3) With A Range Of Moodle 'plug-ins' (plus Some Bespoke Coding). The Basic Scope Is To Host And Provide Application Support For A Moodle Estate Which Comprises; > A Live Environment > A Test Environment (to Mirror Live) > A Development Environment The Live Instance (nihr Learn) Interfaces With Other Systems (e.g. Cpms) Via An Api, And Has Single Sign On Functionality With Idg. Nihr Rdncc Are Seeking A Supplier With Moodle Development Experience To Take On The Existing Nihr Learning Management System And Provide Managed Support Consisting Of; > Working With Business Owners To Deliver Business Changes In Line With Change Budgets That Have Been Set > Being Responsive To Changing Business Situations > Recognising That Customer Experience And Usability Are Critical > Adhering To Good Security Practices E.g. Iso27001 And Development Practices E.g. Gds > Aligning With Rdncc's Management Approach To Other It Services And Where Necessary Working With Other Suppliers
