The required prior work experience for the bidder includes several aspects: 1. Experience in designing and testing of transmission line towers, specifically in-house design development, tower testing, and type testing of 400kV or higher voltage class transmission line towers. 2. Successful execution and commissioning of power projects under Central/State Power Utility, Joint Venture Company, or Major Qualified Transmission Companies, with a project value of not less than 10% of the Estimated Contract Value or Rs. 50.00 crores (whichever is higher) in any one financial year. 3. Construction of new substations with specific voltage levels and transformer ratings, such as 400KV with 315MVA or above, 220KV with 100MVA or above, or 132KV with 20MVA or above. 4. Completion of new AIS/GIS circuit breaker equipped bays of 400KV or Higher Voltage Level, or 220KV or Higher Voltage Level, or 132KV or Higher Voltage Level, within the last seven years. 5. Design, manufacture, type testing, supply, and supervision of erection and commissioning of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) circuit breaker bays of 345kV or above voltage class. 6. Completion of transmission line projects of the same voltage class with a cumulative line length of not less than 50% of the total length of the transmission line, and a minimum of 10 KM, within the last seven years. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) for best three years out of last five financial years should be minimum 50% of estimated value of the particular tender. - Liquid assets or evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of estimated value of the particular tender. - Executed value of the project in any One financial year shall not be less than 10% of Estimated Contract Value of Instant Tender or Rs. 50.00 crores (whichever is higher). - The executed value of the project should not be less than 10% of the Estimated Contract Value of the Instant Tender or Rs. 50.00 crores (whichever is higher) in any one financial year. - In case of erectors, the manufacturer shall furnish an additional performance guarantee for an amount of 10% of the cost of the conductor for which tender/bids are invited on turnkey basis.
