The Bicol Regional Hospital And Medical Center (brhmc), Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fourteen Million Seven Hundred Ninety-seven Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-two Pesos (p 14,797,692.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Transport, Treatment And Disposal Services Of Medical Wastes (framework Agreement) Under Pb No. 05-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Brhmc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule Under Section Vi. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
