The Bicol Medical Center, Using A Single-year Framework Agreement, Through The National Expenditure Program 2025 (nep 2025) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Pesos One Hundred Ten Million Nine Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty (php 110,928,450.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply & Delivery Of Medical Supplies (specialty Clinics) For Cy 2025 - F-ib No. 2024-09. For Purpose Of Early Procurement Authorized Under Section 7.6 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184, The Proposed Budget Under The Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program Shall Be Used As Basis. Further, Consistent With The Requirement In The Same Section 7.6, No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approved And Effectivity Of The Fy 2025 General Appropriations Act. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bicol Medical Center Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 10 Calendar Days After Issuance Of A Call-off.
