The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for similar services. The experience requirements include: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Alternatively, the bidder can also meet the experience criteria by having: - Three similar successfully completed works, each costing not less than Rs 8300000. - Two similar successfully completed works, each costing not less than Rs 10400000. - One similar successfully completed work, costing not less than Rs 16700000. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least one project with a contract value of not less than Rs 1.67 Cr for providing manpower services. Alternatively, the bidder should have executed at least two projects with a contract value of not less than Rs 1.04 Cr each, or at least three projects with a contract value of not less than Rs 0.83 Cr each. The bidder is also required to have a minimum average annual turnover of 120 Lakh (s) for 3 years.
