The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 30% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values and percentages mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 30% of bid quantity - 3 Financial years - 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively - 2 years before the bid opening date Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid, which should match and verify with the product specifications offered. 2. Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the year. 3. Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made, if the bidder wants to avail the Purchase preference. 4. Undertaking from the bidder that they are not under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, and are not bankrupt. 5. All Mechanical and electrical equipment DG set/ fittings/ machineries/ lifting tools & tackles required to be used by the contractor during the job execution of various job vide this contract shall be certified by competent authority. 6. Hydraulic cranes used for material handling at site should be new generation hydra cranes with features like rear mounted boom and out-rigger support. 7. The bidder should submit drawings and type of STP being offered, ensuring that the offered specification matches the 10 KLD requirement and technology is as specified in Annexure I, and seek approval of the site team before installation. 8. The bidder should adhere to the standard QAP of BPCL and maintain documents at site for the same.
