The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years for the same or similar service, specifically in the area of Manpower/Labor supply. The value of similar works completed is mentioned in three different scenarios:
a) Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 3,49,79,586.81 (or Rs. 2,93,72,677.45), b) Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 4,37,24,483.51, or c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 6,99,59,173.62. The percentage of similar works is mentioned as:
a) 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works, b) 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works, or c) 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be at least Rs 2,62,34,690.11.
