New Tenant Should Have No Access To The Judicial Chamber. New Door To Be Stained/painted To Match Existing Doors. Frame To Be Reviewed. Work To Be Coordinated After Hours And In Coordination With Judiciary, Csd And New Tenant. Security Escort Required. Project Charter Meeting: This Project Is To Replace A Hollow Wood Door In A Judiciary’s Office. A Solid Core Wood Door Is Required To Be Installed, With Acoustic Sweeps And Seals. The Locking Mechanism Is To Be Located On The Interior Of The Door (only Accessible By Occupant) And Should Be A Deadbolt (shop Drawing Approval From Mag Required). Key Will Be Provided To Bgis After Project Completion. New Door To Be Stained/painted To Match Existing Doors. Door Frame To Be Reviewed Prior To Installation For Sizing, Functionality And If Future Security Measures Can Be Added To The Door, When Required. Project Must Coordinate With Current Tenant (on-site Mag Team Will Coordinate With The New Tenant) To Gain Access To The Opposing Tenant Space. Site Visit Required To Obtain Measurements Of Doorway, Paint/stain Colours And Review Of Existing Doorframe. 1.           Any Damage Caused During Scope To Be Corrected (drywall, Paint, Etc.). 2.           Cleaning To Be Completed After Scope Completion. 3.           Furniture To Be Restored To Original Placement, If Applicable Project Schedule:
