Description 1. The Batangas State University, Through The Supplemental Budget Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Nine Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-six Pesos Pesos (php 7,967,926.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Water Treatment And Re-use Facility And Landscape Irrigation System In Batangas State University Pablo Borbon. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Batangas State University, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
