Description The Barangay Datagan, Through Its Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Fifty One Thousand Fifty Two Pesos And 52/100 Only (₱151,052.52) As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payments Under The 4 - Sets Installation Of Solar Lights Of Barangay Datagan: Installation Of 4 Sets Of Solar Lights For Barangay Datagan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. The Barangay Datagan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Items: Description Quantity Unit Occupational Safety And Health Program 1 Job Supply And Install Solar Lights 4 Set Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Seventy-five (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within The Last Five Years. Eligibility Criteria Are Specified In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion, As Specified In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Republic Act No. 9184. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Office Of Barangay Datagan At The Barangay Hall, And Inspect The Bidding Documents During Office Hours From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm, Monday To Friday. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Acceptable Form And Amount As Stated In Itb Clause 16 Of The Bidding Documents. The Barangay Datagan Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Before Contract Award In Accordance With Sections 35.6 And 41 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184, Without Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
