Description The Barangay Bomba, Through Its Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱300,000.00) As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payments Under The Contract For Resolution No. B-34, Series Of 2024: Installation Of 8 Sets Of Solar Lights For Barangay Bomba. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. The Barangay Bomba Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Items: Description Quantity Unit Occupational Safety And Health Program 1 Job Supply And Install Solar Panel 8 Set Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within The Last Five Years. Eligibility Criteria Are Specified In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion, As Specified In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Republic Act No. 9184. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Office Of Barangay Bomba At The Barangay Hall, And Inspect The Bidding Documents During Office Hours From 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm, Monday To Friday. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Acceptable Form And Amount As Stated In Itb Clause 16 Of The Bidding Documents. Bid Opening Shall Be On November 28, 2024, At 10:00 Am At The Barangay Hall Of Barangay Bomba. Bids Will Be Opened In The Presence Of The Bidders’ Representatives Who Choose To Attend. The Barangay Bomba Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Declare A Failure Of Bidding, Or Not Award The Contract At Any Time Before Contract Award In Accordance With Sections 35.6 And 41 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184, Without Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
