Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Capiz Municipality Of Mambusao Invitation To Bid For The Installation Of Solar Street Lights At Barangay Tumalalud, Mambusao, Capiz The Barangay Tumalalud, Mambusao, Capiz Through Its 20% Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (p240,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Invitation To Bid For A Installation Of Solar Street Lights At Barangay Tumalalud, Mambusao, Capiz. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Barangay Tumalalud, Mambusao, Capiz Now Invites Bids For The Above-project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 3.
