The Barangay Tabontabon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Eightynine Thousand,six Hundred Three Pesos Only ( Php189,603.00 ) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Of Renovation / Improvement Of Barangay Hall (barangay Tabontabon ), Brgy Tabontabon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Tabontabon Of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Renovation / Improvement Of Barangay Hall (barangay Tabontabon ), Brgy Tabontabon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Completion Of Work Is Required Twenty (20) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Instruction Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra)9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.
