Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Local Government Unit (blgu) Of Semirara, Caluya, Antique Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Weekly For The Period Of 15 Calendar Days Or As Needed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
