Description 1. The Barangay San Pedro Government (blgu), Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php145,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Chargeable To Mooe-other Supplies And Materials Expenses To Payments For The Delivery And Supply Of Electrical Materials In Barangay San Pedro. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The Implementation Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act."
