The Barangay San Pedro Government (blgu), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Seventy-two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-three Pesos & 20/100 Only (php672,283.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Chargeable To 2024 20% Barangay Development Fund To Payments For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials Of Barangay Hall. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The Implementation Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act."
