Maria, Pangasinan 1.the Barangay Government Of San Patricio Through The Annual Budget Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred One Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Two Pesos (₱301,632.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Fabrication And Installation Of Solar Lights At Barangay San Patricio Sta. Maria, Pangasinan.bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of San Patricio Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement. Completion Of Works Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
