Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Isabela Municipality Of Benito Soliven Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Trike Motor Cycle At Barangay Punit Itb No. 2024-g-12 The Barangay Government Of Benito Soliven, Through The Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Fund Intend To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Pesos (p 165,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Trike Motor Cycle Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Seven Days (7) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
