Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automaticallyrejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Poblacion 1 – Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For Supply &delivery Of Materials To Be Used In Construction Of Drainage Canal At Gansico St., Barangaypoblacion 1, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro . Delivery Of Materials/goods Is Within Five (5) Calendar Daysuponreceipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submissionandreceipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is Quivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. The Description Ofan Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii.instructions To Bidders. 3.
