Macarthur, E. Samar. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. The Barangay 06 Poblacion Of Gen. Macarthur Now Invites Bids For Construction Materials And Supplies. Completion Of Works Required Is Ten (10) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids A Contract Similar To The Project.
