Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected On Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Payagan East, Ballesteros Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Materials For Use In The Construction Of The Said Multi-purpose Building. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One (1) Month From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
