The Barangay Government Of Navotas West, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seventy Seven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Four And Forty Centavos (php 77,274.40) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Procurement Of Baby Kits. 2. The Sangguniang Barangay Of Navotas West Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of The Procurement Of Baby Kits. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
