The Barangay Government Of Navotas West, Through The 2022 Annual Budget Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty Six Thousand Fifty Pesos (php 146,050.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Procurement Of Coastal Clean Up Drive Supplies. 2. The Sangguniang Barangay Of Navotas West Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of The Procurement Of Coastal Clean Up Drive Supplies. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
