The Barangay Government Of Navotas West, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eighty Six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Four And Sixty Five Centavos (php 84,494.65) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Procurement Of Stockpile. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
