The Barangay Government Of Navotas West, Through The 2022 Annual Budget Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Pesos (php 132,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Procurement Of Window Type Aircon Inverter ( 3 Units). 2. The Sangguniang Barangay Of Navotas West Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Theprocurement Of Window Type Aircon Inverter ( 3 Units). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
