The Barangay Government Of Navotas West, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php 365,600.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Procurement Of Solar Lights. 2. The Sangguniang Barangay Of Navotas West Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of The Procurement Of Solar Lights. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
