The Bac Will Issue Bid Documents To Prospective Bidders At Bac Office Muladbucad Grande Guinobtan, Albay Upon Submission Of Loi And Certification Of Philgeps And Payment Of The Non-refundable Amount Of Php200.00 To The Barangay Treasurer.
