The Bac Will Issue Bid Documents To Prospective Bidders At The Bac Office Muladbucad Grande Albay Upon Submission Of Loi And Certification Of Philgeps And Payment Of The Non-refundable Amount Of Php200.00 To The Barangay Treasurer. Barangay Muladbucad Grande Guinobatan Albay Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All The Bids, Waive Any Defect Or Informality Therein, Accept The Bid, And Award The Contract To The Most Advantageous Offer To The Barangay, For And On Behalf Of The Project.
