Receipt And Opening Of Bids At The Bac Barangay Muladbucad Grande Guinobatan, Albay On April 23, 2024, At 2:00 Pm All Particulars Are Relative To The Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security Performance, Bidding Evaluation Of Bids, Post-qualification, And Award Contract Shall Be Governed By Pertinent Provisions Of Ra 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr). The Bac Will Issue Bid Documents To Prospective Bidders At Bac Office Palanas Guinobatan, Albay Upon Submission Of Loi And Certification Of Philgeps And Payment Of The Non-refundable Amount Of Php200.00 To The Barangay Treasurer. Barangay Muladbucad Grande Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All The Bids, Waive Any Defect Or Informality Therein, And Accept The Bid And Award The Contract To The Most Advantageous Offer To The Barangay, For And On Behalf Of The Project.
