Prospective Bidders Must Have Completed A Similar Contrast Within The Last Ten Years From Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids Amounting To At Least 50% Of The Abc To Be Bid. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorship, Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. Open Competitive Bidding Will Be Conducted Using The Non-discretionary Pass Or Fail Criterion, Evaluation And Post Qualification Procedures Specified In The Implementing Rules Regulations (irr) Of Ra 9184.
