Bidder Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Above Type And Cost Of The Contract And Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc For The Project. The Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of R.a. 9184 Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act Of 2009.
