Fund 2nd Quarter Cy 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eighty-one Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only. The Brgy. Council Lapak Now Invites Sealed Bids From Eligible Bidders For Procurement/delivery Of Various Water Connection Materials Of The Goods Is Required. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In Section Ii Of The Bidding Documents Itb. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations Part A (irr-a) Of The Republic Act 9184 (r.a 9184) Otherwise Known As The Government Reform Act, And As Restricted To Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, As Specified In The Republic Act 5183 (r.a 5183).
