Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.0 The Barangay Local Government Unit Of Gabi, Carles, Iloilo Now Invites Bid For The Construction Of The Makeshift Classrooms Of Granada National High School - Ballesteros (2nd Bidding). Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Forty Three (43) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii – Eligibility Documents. 3.0 Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.0 Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bid And Awards Committee, And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 A.m.
