The Barangay Dulumbayan Of Teresa, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Approved By Sangguniang Barangay Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (p150,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Installation Cctv/ Dulumbayan 2024-04-001 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Dulumbayan Of Teresa Now Invites Bids For Installation Cctv At Barangay Dulumbayan. Completion Of The Works Is Required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
