Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Barangay Del Pilar Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites Contractors To Apply For Eligibility And To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Purchase Of Motor Vehicle For Bpso Service.
