Description The Barangay Council Of Dangcalan Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Pesos And 00/100 (php127,280.00) As The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Supply, Delivery And Installation Of Poles And Security Monitoring System. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Conduct Of Bid Opening Shall Be Held At The Dangcalan Multi-purpose Building, Dangcalan, Malinao, Aklan At The Time Mentioned Above. The Dangcalan Barangay Council Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Project To Be Completed Within 90 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act".
