The Barangay Cacayasen, Burgos, Pangasinan, Through The Barangay Development Fund Cy 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php120,500.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Aggregate Base Coarse For The Regravelling Of Roads In All Sitio’s, Barangay Cacayasen, Burgos, Pangasinan / Cacayasen-0122-2024-1. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Cacayasen, Burgos, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 20 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2020-2023 From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
