Receipt & Opening Of Bids At The Bac Barangay Upperr Banao , Albay On January 28,2025 At 1: 00 Pm All Particulars Relative To The Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security, Performance, Bidding Evaluation Of Bids, Post Qualification, And Award Contract Shall Be Governed By Pertinent Provisions Of Ra 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr). The Bac Will Issue Bid Documents To Prospective Bidders At The Bac Office Banao Albay Upon Submission Of Loi And Certification Of Philgeps And Payment Of The Non-refundable Amount Of Php200.00 To The Barangay Treasurer. Banao Guinobatan Albay Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All The Bids, Waive Any Defect Or Informality Therein, Accept The Bid, And Award The Contract To The Most Advantageous Offer To The Barangay, For And On Behalf Of The Project. The Bac Assumes No Responsibility To Compensate Or Indemnify The Bidder For Any Expense Or Loss That May Be Incurred In The Preparation Of The Bid Nor Does It Guarantee That An Award Will Be Made.
