Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Leyte Municipality Of Hilongos Barangay Atabay Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Drrm Equipment, Tools, & Supplies 1. The Barangay Atabay, Through The Nta-5% Bdrrmf Intends To Apply The Sum Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱50,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Drrm Equipment, Tools, & Supplies Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected A Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Atabay Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Drrm Equipment, Tools, & Supplies Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Ten (10) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years Form The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
