Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay 23 San Andres Of The Municipality Of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Canal Lining And Box Culvert At Sitio Malacañang, At Brgy. 23, San Andres, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte Completion Of The Works Is Required In Twenty (20) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3.
