The aim is to create a joint water sports center for the local rowing club and the dragon boat clubs that are also based there. To this end, after partial demolition of the existing facility, a new social wing with changing rooms, showers, toilets, a multi-purpose room and a club room is to be added to the existing building and integrated into the existing premises.
