The Bahrain Authority For Culture And Antiquities Seeks To Rehabilitate Four Houses In The Al Qalaa Area. The Scope Of Work Includes The Supervision And Implementation Of The Work. The Vision Of The Bahrain Authority For Culture And Antiquities Is To Make These Houses An Example For Preservation, Restoration, Rehabilitation And Operation. The Project Involves The Finalizing Of Renovation And Construction Of Four Houses. For Three Of These Houses, Already Underwent Restoration And Partial Renovation, Contractors Are Entrusted With Executing, Finishing Works Including Paint Works And Mechanical, Electrical, And Plumbing (mep) Installations. However, One Plot Necessitates A Distinct Approach As It Is Slated For Complete Reconstruction. For This Plot The Contractor Is Expected To Undertake The Full Construction Works, Following The Architectural Plans And Structural Designs Provided. This Involves All Stages Of Construction, From Foundational Groundwork To The Finishing.
