The City Of Bacolod, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Tenmillion Six Hundred Eighty-six Thousand One Hundred Thirty-five Pesos& 60/100(p10,686,135.60)being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction/installation Of Solar Power Generating System Of Various Barangays (brgy. Sum-ag), Bacolod City With Identification No. Bac-pb-24-05-0120. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bids And Awards Commitee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 300 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
