The City Of Bacolod, Through The 2024 Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Seven Million Pesos (p 47,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Design & Build For The Improvement Of Tree Park At Barangay Alangilan, Bacolod City With Pr # Bac-pb-24-05-0104. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Bids And Awards Commitee Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 180 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within 5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
